Everything you put in Slumbertide (your sound choices, mixes and settings) is saved in your browser's storage on your device. It is not sent to us. We can't see it, and we can't recover it if it is deleted. You can export it, import it, or erase it from inside the app.
No advertising. No tracking pixels or analytics in this app. No selling or "sharing" of personal information as those words are used in privacy laws such as California's CCPA. No use of your information to train AI.
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. The app uses your browser's local storage to save your work and your license. Stripe uses its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages to prevent fraud.
Slumbertide is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you (your billing and support records). Use the support form and choose "Privacy / delete my data". We'll answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some billing records to meet tax and accounting laws. Wherever you live, we won't treat you differently for asking.
The app only runs over HTTPS. Our server never stores card numbers, licenses are signed so they can't be faked, and the database that holds support messages can't be read from the public internet. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
If we change this policy in an important way, we'll say so in the app before it applies.
Use the support form for any privacy question or request.
